Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible accessories (such as lighters, cutters, ashtrays, and other non-tobacco items) within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at njcigarworld@gmail.com. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or discounted items.
